As a Part-Time Flight Attendant based at the CAK Crew Base, you will be responsible for the safety and comfort of our guests while embodying Breeze's Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Your day-to-day involves welcoming and accommodating guests, mitigating high-stress situations, and collaborating with fellow Team Members. You will monitor the cabin regularly, remain approachable, and stay flexible as schedules may change due to operational or weather-related delays.
You will be part of a cross-functional team that works together to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The environment is fast-paced and requires calmness under pressure, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Successful candidates will attend initial Flight Attendant Training at one of Breeze's Training Academy facilities near Salt Lake City, UT, Providence, RI, or other base locations. After training, you will be paid and have opportunities to grow within a company that values kindness and ingenuity.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Akron-Canton Airport (CAK)
- Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three months without interruption
- Only one Flight Attendant application may be submitted every three months
- Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screening
- Must possess a valid passport or be able to obtain one

- Stay approachable and accommodating by monitoring the cabin regularly
- Remain flexible and adapt to schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, and other unforeseen delays
- Uphold a professional appearance and stay current with FAA regulations and company procedures
