About this role
Breeze Airways is seeking "Seriously Nice" Part Time Flight Attendants for our Norfolk (ORF) Crew Base. In this highly visible role, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing our Five Core Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Your daily responsibilities include welcoming and accommodating Guests, mitigating high-stress situations, and collaborating with Team Members to solve problems. You will use good judgement and maintain a positive, kind demeanor to deliver an exceptional Guest experience, remaining calm under pressure and practicing safety-conscious behaviors.
You will work cross-functionally with truly awesome Team Members to bring "The World's Nicest Airline" to life. Our mission is to make travel simple, affordable, and convenient by improving the Guest experience through technology, ingenuity, and kindness. This part-time role requires flexibility as schedules may change due to operational or weather-related delays.
This part-time position offers a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours and requires living within two-hour driving distance of Norfolk International Airport. Initial Flight Attendant training is provided at one of our Breeze Training Academy facilities, with per diem and accommodations for those training outside their base city. Requirements
- Must reside within a two-hour driving distance from Norfolk International Airport
- Must be able to attend and complete initial Flight Attendant training without interruption within the next three months
- Must successfully complete Breeze's initial Flight Attendant training program
- Must be selected through the interview process
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules due to operational or weather-related delays
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members
