In this role, you will welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, collaborate and problem solve with other Team Members, and use good judgment. You will monitor the cabin regularly, remain calm under pressure, and stay flexible as schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, and other unforeseen delays.

This Part-Time position offers a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours and requires living within a two-hour driving distance from Tampa International Airport. After successfully completing initial Flight Attendant Training, you will be paid and begin your journey with a growing airline.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Tampa International Airport
  • Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three months without interruption
  • Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant Training
  • Must be punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Must uphold professional appearance standards
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
