Breeze is looking for 'Seriously Nice' Part Time Flight Attendants for our RSW Crew Base. As one of our most highly visible Team Members, Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members.
You will welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, collaborate and problem solve with other Team Members, and use good judgement. We will rely on you to act as the face of the Company by embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Part-Time Flight Attendants receive a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours and must live within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport. After successful completion of initial Flight Attendant training, you will be paid per the published rate scale, with pay starting at $25 per hour.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport
- Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Must be available to attend initial Flight Attendant training in the next three months without interruption
- Must be able to attend training without travel plans or other engagements that would prevent starting or completing training without interruption
- Must be selected through the interview process
- Must be punctual, timely, and proactive

Benefits
- Monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours per month
- Pay rates starting at $25 per hour and increasing with tenure up to $37.50 per hour

- Flights to training and shared hotel accommodations provided for training outside base city
