About this role
Breeze Airways is seeking 'Seriously Nice' Part Time Flight Attendants for its MSY Crew Base. This role is responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members, embodying the company's core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Flight Attendants welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate with Team Members. They regularly monitor the cabin, remain flexible with schedule changes, and practice safety-conscious behaviors in all situations, staying approachable and accommodating.
Breeze works cross-functionally with 'truly awesome Team Members' to deliver its mission of making travel simple, affordable, and convenient. Flight Attendants are highly visible and must live within a two-hour driving distance from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
Initial Flight Attendant Training will take place at Breeze Training Academy facilities near Salt Lake City, UT, or Providence, RI. Training accommodations include shared hotel and per diem if outside base city. After successful training, Flight Attendants receive a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport
- Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three months
- Must be able to complete training without interruption due to travel plans or other engagements
- Must embody Breeze's core values and be 'Seriously Nice'
- Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Must comply with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Must be punctual, timely, and proactive
