Requirements
- Bags of enthusiasm
- Customer service-oriented background, ie previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, shop etc
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU
- Between 5'2 (157 cm) and 6'2 (188 cm) in height
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Hardworking, flexible and outgoing and friendly personality
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with an excellent travel experience
- Deliver excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
- Operate in a fast-paced, fun and challenging environment
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights
- Handle interactions with the public effectively
- Adapt to shift rosters and flexible schedules
- Respond to passenger needs throughout the journey
