Day-to-day, Flight Attendants welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate with Team Members. They remain flexible as schedules may change due to operational or weather-related delays, and use good judgment to solve problems.

Team Members work cross-functionally to deliver simple, affordable, and convenient travel. They practice safety-conscious behaviors in all situations and maintain a safe work environment, fostering kindness and respect.

Part-Time Flight Attendants have a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours. Initial training is required and held at Breeze Training Academy facilities near Salt Lake City, UT, Providence, RI, or other base locations. All Flight Attendants are paid after successfully completing training.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
  • Must be selected through the interview process to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three months without interruption
  • Only one Flight Attendant application may be submitted every three months

  • Stay approachable and accommodating by monitoring the cabin regularly
  • Remain flexible with schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, and other unforeseen delays
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements

Benefits

  • Monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours
  • Pay rates starting at $25 per hour, increasing with tenure up to $37.50 per hour
