In this hands-on role, you will assist airline passengers with their baggage, including oversized items, ensuring safe and efficient transport. Provide excellent customer service while handling various types of luggage from ticket counters to TSA screening areas. Support airline staff with loading items onto conveyors.

Our seasonal position from June 1st to September 1st offers Thursday through Monday shifts, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for flight activity. Requirements
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs)
- Stamina to walk long distances and stay active throughout the shift
- Ability to pass the required airport background check
- Previous customer service or baggage handling experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with standard and oversized baggage
- Transport items safely from the ticket counter to TSA screening areas
- Handle various types of luggage
- Support airline ticket counter staff with loading luggage onto conveyors
- Ensure careful, respectful handling of all passenger belongings
- Maintain clear communication with passengers, team members, and airline staff
- Represent Pacific Aviation/SAS by upholding core values of respect, responsibility, teamwork, and safety
