This permanent full-time position is for individuals without prior flying experience; full training starts in July 2026.

Requirements

Minimum Age: 18 years
Valid passport without limitations
Right to live and work in Germany and the EU
Minimum Height: 158 cm
Completed secondary education
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Medical fitness, ability to swim unassisted, and ability to obtain a health certificate according to EASA Regulations
No criminal record and ability to reach the airport within 60 minutes at any time
