Breeze Airways seeks Seriously Nice Part Time Flight Attendants for the new FLL Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members as the most highly visible representatives. Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and requested information while remaining available. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages including alcohol, practicing highest hygiene standards. Maintain cabin cleanliness, galley organization, and monitor regularly in tight quarters.

Remain positive, kind, empathetic, and act with humanity so Guests feel valued. Collaborate, communicate effectively, and show respect to Team Members for best performance. Stay calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate good judgement.

Remain flexible with operational, weather-related schedule changes and stay current with FAA regulations, procedures, training. Uphold professional appearance, etiquette in and out of cabin, and use Breeze’s Inflight technology. Receive paid training, uniforms, and build toward travel benefits and 401K eligibility.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Demonstrate good judgement and personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Remain flexible with schedules due to operational, weather-related, and unforeseen delays
  • Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information
  • Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while acting with humanity to make Guests feel valued
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
