The Duty Manager (Food & Beverage) oversees day-to-day lounge operations with a focus on Food & Beverage. This role ensures smooth guest services, coordinates with department managers, and upholds service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with standards.
The Duty Manager supervises lounge operations for a seamless guest experience, serves as the point of contact for guest concerns, and coordinates with teams to maintain service standards. They monitor occupancy, cleanliness, and service flow, making real-time adjustments. Compliance with airport regulations, safety protocols, and hygiene standards is ensured daily.
Support staff through guidance, coaching, and on-the-spot training while handling incidents, emergencies, and irregular operations professionally. Work in a supportive and multicultural environment that welcomes everyone regardless of race, gender, or background. Coordinate with various departments for operational planning and efficiency.

Requirements
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations in hospitality or airline lounge, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to manage diverse teams
- Familiarity with airport protocols, safety standards, and guest service systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities
