Cabin Crew are the face of Qantas, responsible for showcasing the flag carrier and sharing Australia's lifestyle, landscapes and people with the world. Known for absolute commitment to safety alongside genuine and engaging premium service. Operate long-range flights on state-of-the-art aircraft to Australia and Singapore.

Working as Qantas UK Cabin Crew offers unique lifestyle opportunities based in London Heathrow. Perfect for exploring Europe while carrying the Qantas Spirit of Australia overseas. No two days are the same, with challenges, problem-solving and making a difference on each flight.

Requirements

  • Take responsibility and have pride in delivering consistent and exceptional service whilst following procedures and policies
  • Understand customers and demonstrate a clear passion for customer service
  • Become trained and confident in aircraft safety procedures and first aid, passing all training and assessment requirements
  • Easily build rapport and trust within a team and positively contribute to their performance on each flight
  • Be adaptable to any situation that may present itself in a thoughtful, confident, yet safe way
  • Understand and champion cultural diversity, as well as sensitivity towards customers who may need extra help
  • Take a caring approach which reflects premium service

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, memorable experiences for customers onboard Qantas ultra long-haul flights
  • Ensure safety of customers whilst providing best in class service and customer care
  • Showcase the spirit of Australia and share Australia's lifestyle with the world
  • Follow procedures and policies to deliver consistent and exceptional service
  • Become trained and confident in aircraft safety procedures and first aid
  • Build rapport and trust within the team and contribute to flight performance
  • Adapt to any situation in a thoughtful, confident, yet safe way
