Breeze is hiring 'Seriously Nice' Part Time Flight Attendants for the RSW Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure guest safety, comfort, and a positive experience while embodying core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants warmly welcome guests aboard, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and provide information while staying available for assistance. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, maintaining highest hygiene standards and cabin cleanliness in tight quarters. They monitor the cabin regularly, remain approachable, and uphold professional appearance and etiquette.

Team Members collaborate, communicate effectively, and show respect to perform at their best together. They remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Flexibility is key as schedules may change due to operational or weather delays.

Successful candidates complete paid initial training and receive initial luggage and uniform issuance from Breeze. They become eligible for 401K after 90 days and enjoy travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days, expanding to other airlines after six months. Pay rates progress from $25 per hour in the first six months to $37.50 by year eight.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and be seriously nice
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating assignments and luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued, appreciated, and treated with empathy
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
