Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our RSW Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
As one of our most highly visible Team Members, Flight Attendants welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high-stress situations, collaborate and problem solve with other Team Members, and use good judgement. They act as the face of the Company by just being nice. Guests should always feel valued and appreciated through empathy and humanity.
Team Members perform their best when working together, communicating effectively, showing respect, and staying approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly. Schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, and other unforeseen delays, requiring flexibility. Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin.
Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training, which is paid. Initial issuance of luggage and uniform is paid by Breeze. Eligible for travel benefits on Breeze network after 30 days and 401K after 90 days of employment.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately
- Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated while acting with empathy and humanity
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
