You act as the communication link between aircraft crew, platform colleagues, and ground hostesses. Serve as the point of contact for the pilot and staff, coordinating passenger disembarkation, baggage and cargo unloading, and aircraft preparation. Monitor processes closely while coaching colleagues.

Requirements

HBO work- and thinking level, preferably with aviation service training or similar aviation sector education
At least 1 year experience in a similar function
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of airport, airline, and safety regulations
Flexibility to arrive at the airport within one hour
At least 8 years resident in the Netherlands
