Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Valid Passport with minimum 12 months validity
Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages advantageous including Tetum)
Height between 155cms and 175cms
Current First Aid Certificate including CPR from recognised Australian provider
1 year experience in Customer Service or Hospitality

Responsibilities

Ensure passengers' comfort and safety on every flight
Embody Airnorth values and excellence while wearing the uniform
Deliver safety-conscious service in a fast-paced environment
Work flexible 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays
Assist and care for passengers with a positive attitude
Maintain impeccable presentation with no visible tattoos in uniform
