Cabin Crew
2w2 weeks agoVirgin Australia
Melbourne, AU · Full-time · A$55,000 – A$75,000
About this role
We’re Virgin Australia, and we’re looking for Cabin Crew to join our team that's won the AirlineRatings.com Airline Excellence Award for Best Cabin Crew, seven years in a row. We go the extra mile to create wonderful experiences that put our guests at the heart of everything we do. We need you and your vibe to help light up our cabins.
The lifestyle sees Cabin Crew away from home for up to four days at a time, but flying out of base, most shifts have you back home the same day with only occasional overnights. Your experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotels is highly relevant and valued. We’re seeking good humans with hospitality in their heart and a spring in their step.
You’ll welcome people onboard our aircraft and see them off, give clear safety briefings, and ensure adherence. Offer brilliant service to all guests, help those with special needs, and make flying fun for unaccompanied minors. Work as part of a team, meeting new people daily while handling weather, delays, and emergencies.
Remain calm and confident under pressure to make guests feel in good hands. Enjoy some of the best benefits in the industry, including discounted flights and 6 weeks annual leave. Access free counselling, wellbeing app, and staff-only offers worldwide.
