About this role
Breeze Airways seeks “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for the PVD Crew Base. As highly visible Team Members, ensure safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members. Embrace the mission to make travel simple, affordable, and convenient using technology, ingenuity, and kindness.
Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and information requests while remaining available. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, upholding highest hygiene standards. Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization in tight quarters.
Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued; stay calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations. Collaborate, communicate, and show respect to other Team Members for best performance. Monitor cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.
Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive; uphold professional appearance and etiquette. Stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training. Enjoy paid training, provided uniforms and luggage, progressive pay, and travel benefits.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

- Demonstrate good judgement and use personal responsibility to be punctual and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding seating, luggage stowage, and additional assistance
- Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while acting with humanity toward Guests
- Maintain safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
