Breeze Airways seeks "Seriously Nice" Part Time Flight Attendants for BDL Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members as highly visible representatives. Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Provide exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming onto aircraft, aiding seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests. Remain positive, kind, empathetic, and available by monitoring the cabin regularly. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages including alcohol with highest hygiene standards.

Maintain safe work environment, stay calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations. Effectively communicate, collaborate, and respect other Team Members to perform best together. Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, proactive, and upholding professional appearance.

Complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and receive initial luggage and uniform from Breeze. Gain eligibility for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze network after 30 days. Access travel on other airlines after six months while acting as the Company’s face.

Requirements

  • Live within a two-hour driving distance from Bradley International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin
  • Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft and assist with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
  • Remain positive and kind while being empathetic to Guests
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
