You ensure safety and comfort for Guests and Team Members while embracing the mission to make travel simple, affordable, and convenient.
Provide exceptional Guest experiences by warmly welcoming passengers, assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while monitoring the cabin. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, maintaining hygiene standards.
Maintain a safe environment, stay calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations. Collaborate and problem-solve with Team Members, showing respect and using good judgement. Uphold Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Act as the face of the company with professional appearance and punctuality. Complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and stay compliant with FAA regulations. Enjoy travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days and 401K eligibility after 90 days.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Charleston International Airport
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Remain flexible with schedules that may change due to operational or weather delays
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating assignments and luggage stowage
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated with empathy
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures and administer first-aid if required
