Breeze Airways is hiring "Seriously Nice" Full Time Flight Attendants for the new FLL Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure the safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members while acting as the face of the Company. Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and additional requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests always feel valued and appreciated. Maintain a safe cabin environment and stay calm under pressure to mitigate high-stress situations.

Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for fellow Team Members to perform at your best together. Monitor the cabin regularly to remain approachable and accommodating. Demonstrate flexibility as schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, or other delays.

Stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements while upholding professional appearance and etiquette. Comfortably use Breeze’s Inflight technology and assist in other departments if needed. Opportunities include paid training, travel benefits starting after 30 days, and pay progression from $25 to $37.50 per hour.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and controlling personal emotional responses

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests and aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and be kind while acting with empathy and humanity
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remain flexible with schedule changes
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency procedures and administer first-aid if required
