Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our PVU Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while maintaining a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members. Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remaining available for assistance.

Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members to perform at your best together. Remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate good judgement. Remain flexible as schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, or other unforeseen delays.

Successfully complete initial paid Flight Attendant training and stay current with FAA regulations and company procedures. Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days and travel benefits starting after 30 days on Breeze network. Pay starts at $25 per hour with increases up to $37.50 by year 8 based on seniority.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Provo Municipal Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and act as the face of the Company
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and maintaining cabin cleanliness
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under high stress
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating, luggage stowage, and information requests
  • Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated with empathy
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and respect other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
