Requirements

Very good knowledge of ground handling processes
Ideally professional experience as Ramp Agent or Turnaround Coordinator
Very good English skills and ideally German spoken and written
Valid car driving license
Very good time and self-management
Willingness for shift work
High degree of empathy and good communication skills
Flexibility and assertiveness
Successful security check per air security law
