About this role

Ramp Agents work outside at the heart of every successful departure. They guide planes, move bags and cargo, help with de-icing during cold weather, and keep operations running smoothly. It's a busy, hands-on role helping flights leave on time.

Employees collaborate in Ground Operations to ensure safe and scheduled flights. Schedules follow a seniority-based bidding process, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Mandatory overtime may be required to support flight operations.

This part-time position involves 32 hours over 5 days generally, with 6.5-hour shifts after training. New hires complete 4-6 weeks of training, consisting of 8-hour classroom or on-the-job sessions over 5 days weekly. Shift trading opportunities help find a workable schedule.

Requirements

Currently a resident of the State of Colorado for external applicants
Not interviewed and not selected for Ramp Agent at DEN within the last 12 months
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical ability to lift and move heavy bags and cargo
Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to complete 4-6 weeks of initial training
