Flight Dispatcher - Part-Time

Facilitate line service and maintenance requests from students and instructors.

Complete flight operations building opening and closing procedures per the Operations Command Center Dispatch Manual. Perform daily pre-flight checks on flight training devices and participate in crew briefings and shift handovers. Remain alert over Operations Command Center functions while maintaining overview of all dispatched flights.

Monitor local ATC, CTAF, and company frequencies to track training activity. Issue aircraft and devices through the Training Management System, distribute fuel cards, and operate the dispatch radio professionally. Coordinate line service and maintenance via phone and radio with fuel truck drivers and personnel.

Follow Emergency Response Plan procedures for contingencies and ensure discrepancy logs are properly attached to aircraft binders.
