About this role

The Operations Control Center Coordinator coordinates and communicates activities listed on the schedule, serving as a key component in executing and delivering requested service items. Requests submitted via phone, email, ARINC, text message, or other resources are received and delivered to corresponding team members. This role ensures seamless operations in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Daily tasks include anticipating and ensuring all ramp operations like fuel, ground power, ground transportation, lavatory service, potable water, ice, coffee, papers, and catering are delivered on time. Communicate these to the ramp lead promptly and follow up on service completion. Input and update reservations into schedule programs and software.

Assist customers with services such as catering, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation while using proper etiquette in email, radio, and other communications. Report lapses in service to the department manager immediately and conduct daily briefings with updates and handovers. Maintain a high standard of professional appearance at all times.

Work effectively in a team-oriented setting, adapting to environmental changes and accomplishing tasks with little supervision. Availability for weekends, holidays, and short-notice shifts supports operational needs. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year within either Customer Service or Line Service department or applicable experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Adaptability and availability to cover shifts at short notice
  • Available to work weekends/holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be very organized
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure

Responsibilities
