Breeze is hiring Seriously Nice Full Time Flight Attendants for the BDL Crew Base. Flight Attendants provide exceptional Guest experiences by warmly welcoming Guests, assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests while staying present for further help. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, maintaining highest hygiene standards and cabin cleanliness in tight quarters. They deliver safety instructions, including emergency procedures, and administer first-aid if needed.

Team Members remain positive, kind, and empathetic, valuing Guests and collaborating respectfully with others to perform at their best. They stay calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and monitor the cabin to remain approachable and accommodating. Flexibility is key as schedules may change due to operational, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Breeze provides paid training, initial luggage and uniform issuance, and a monthly minimum guarantee of 70 hours. Benefits include 401K eligibility after 90 days and travel perks on Breeze after 30 days, expanding to other airlines after six months. Pay rates progress from $25 hourly in the first six months to $37.50 by year eight.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Bradley International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Full Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and remain calm under pressure
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and controlling personal responses under high stress

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft and assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and information requests
  • Remain positive, kind, and empathetic to ensure Guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies
