Working at Breeze Airways is an exciting endeavor to bring “The World’s Nicest Airline” to life. Breeze seeks “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for the MCO Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure Guest safety, comfort, and a positive experience while embracing Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Warmly welcome Guests onto the aircraft, assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests. Remain present and available for further assistance while monitoring the cabin regularly. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, practicing highest hygiene standards.
Maintain a safe environment, remain calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations. Collaborate, communicate effectively, and show respect to fellow Team Members. Stay flexible with schedules that may change due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays.
Successfully complete paid initial Flight Attendant training. Progress through pay rates starting at $25 per hour up to $37.50 over eight years with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours. Enjoy travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days and other airlines after six months, plus 401K eligibility after 90 days.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Orlando International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

- Use good judgement and be nice in all interactions
- Remain flexible for schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, and other delays
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests and aiding in seating, luggage stowage, and information requests
- Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued, appreciated, and treated with empathy
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
