Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members. As a highly visible Team Member at the RDU Crew Base, provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating and luggage stowage. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic to ensure Guests feel valued. Stay present and available for assistance throughout the flight.

Maintain a safe cabin environment, remain calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other Team Members to problem-solve. Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while upholding hygiene standards. Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Training is paid, with travel benefits starting after 30 days and 401K eligibility after 90 days.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Use good judgement and be seriously nice

  • Demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated while acting with empathy
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly
  • Remain flexible with schedules due to operational, weather-related, and other delays
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
