Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English.
- Detail-oriented with ability to perform multiple tasks and make independent decisions involving the operation.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Goal-directed leader demonstrating service-oriented performance.
- Familiar with all FAA/TSA/Airline/Company regulations.
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel).
Responsibilities
- Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs.
- Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Give direct orders to agents refusing an assignment while maintaining professionalism and remaining calm.
- Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Project a positive image while responding openly, honestly, and timely to inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as required.
