Ramp Agents execute administrative and operational tasks including data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and local customer service in front-line operations. Ensure timely completion of processes while adhering to internal and external standards. Maintain safety protocols throughout all ramp operations.

Utilize appropriate communication methods to share information with customers, team members, and departments. Collaborate closely with the team and other departments for accurate information and timely processes. Requirements

  • Ability to complete processes to deadline ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative and operational tasks such as data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and local customer service
  • Ensure timely completion of defined processes and procedures with accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
  • Identify anomalies as they arise and use judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve
  • Utilize appropriate communication methods to understand and share information with customers, team members, and other departments
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with FedEx processes, relevant legislation, external regulations, and predefined agreements
  • Validate and complete accurate and timely reporting, supporting research and collation of data
  • Collaborate closely with the team and other departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ramp procedures
