This role manages cabin safety and service functions with unpredictable, on-call schedules.

Conduct pre-flight safety inspections of cabin equipment and deliver bespoke safety briefings. Source, prepare, and plate gourmet in-flight meals, managing dietary restrictions, wine pairings, and local foods. Curate the cabin environment with linens and personalized amenities while keeping the aircraft service-ready.

Manage stock and store inventories, coordinating with Fixed Base Operators for catering, laundry, and cleaning. Anticipate passenger needs, arranging ground transportation and troubleshooting Wi-Fi or entertainment systems. Handle concierge-level service across international locations.

Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in VIP aviation, luxury yachting, or ultra-high-end hospitality
  • Active First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
  • Active Flight Attendant Emergency Training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety)
  • Valid Passport with no restrictive visas
  • Ability to handle unpredictable on-call schedules
  • Experience managing complex dietary restrictions and international sourcing

Responsibilities
