As Duty Crew Controller, challenge yourself to an exciting operational role maintaining network integrity.
You will manage aircraft and crew operations, including crew rosters and flight disruptions. Liaise with airports and airlines while monitoring flight operations. Ensure regulatory compliance in this dynamic role where you do more with less and make the impossible possible.

Requirements
- Understanding of airline operations and crewing requirements
- Exposure to and familiarity with applicable regulatory rules and requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- High level computer skills with the ability to learn multiple systems efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility to work shifts across a 24 hour/7-day roster
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support network integrity through effective day-to-day management of aircraft and crew operations
- Manage crew rosters and flight disruptions
- Liaise with airports and airlines

- Coordinate crew movements to support network operations
- Handle irregular operations to minimize disruptions
