Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our ORF Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information requests. They remain present and available for further assistance while staying approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards.

Team Members collaborate and problem solve together, effectively communicate, and show respect for one another. They mitigate high-stress situations, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate good judgement. Flight Attendants uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin.

Training is paid and Breeze provides initial issuance of luggage and uniform. Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze network after 30 days. Travel benefits on other airlines start after six months of employment.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Norfolk International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Use good judgement and be seriously nice
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Remain flexible as schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, and other unforeseen delays
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating, luggage stowage, and information requests
  • Remain positive and kind while making Guests feel valued, appreciated, empathetic, and treated with humanity
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
