In the Global Security Operations Center, you will monitor several screens using access control, alarm monitoring systems, business intelligence sources, open-source media, Internet, and in-house tools. You will detect, analyze, and alert on incidents like extreme weather, political instability, crime, terror, or technical failures that may impact people, products, property, or brand image. This role assists company personnel globally under supervisor guidance.

You will work in a GSOC environment near the Savannah airport, handling safety and security concerns for corporate locations. The position involves full-time night shifts from 11pm to 7am, providing customer service through site-specific policies and emergency responses. Collaboration ensures calm, problem-solving responses to critical situations.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five (5) years of verifiable experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment
  • Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
  • Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol, or alerting Fire services or Police as needed
  • Assist company employees in all concerns that pertain to safety and security
  • Monitor travel safety and security of company’s employees
  • Monitor multiple screens using access control, alarm monitoring systems, and various intelligence sources
  • Detect, analyze, and alert others of incidents impacting client’s people, products, property, or brand image
