Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. They remain positive, kind, and empathetic, ensuring Guests feel valued. They maintain cabin cleanliness and prepare meals, snacks, and beverages while upholding hygiene standards.
Team Members collaborate and problem-solve together, communicating effectively and showing respect. They stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remain flexible amid schedule changes from operational or weather delays. They mitigate high-stress situations and use good judgement to uphold a safe environment.
Breeze provides paid initial training and issuance of luggage and uniform. Full Time Flight Attendants enjoy a monthly minimum guarantee of 70 hours, with pay starting at $25/hour. Benefits include 401K eligibility after 90 days and travel perks on Breeze after 30 days.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become Full Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

- Use good judgement and demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Remain calm under pressure
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and assisting with seating assignments and luggage stowage
- Remain positive and kind while being empathetic to Guests
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
