About this role
Canadian Helicopters, Canada's largest helicopter operator since 1947, is seeking a Captain and First Officer for the S76 to support our Air Ambulance Operations in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is an elite crew opportunity within a company that operates nearly 100 single and multi-engine aircraft across over 20 locations nationwide.
In this role, you will perform IFR flights in challenging and rapidly changing environments, working closely with our customer to respond efficiently to aircraft tasking while maintaining a high level of safety. You will coordinate and communicate effectively between crew and dispatch, and carry out all duties assigned by the Chief Pilot or Base Manager.

Requirements
- Must be willing to relocate to Halifax, Nova Scotia
- Valid Canadian passport or valid authorization to work in Canada and to travel to USA (no sponsorship available)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Ability to successfully complete the Controlled Goods Security assessment application for NVG purposes
- Immunization records with required vaccinations are mandatory
- Captain: Valid and unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL(H) License; minimum 2000 hours rotary wing flight time; minimum 500 hours PIC including 200 hours multi-engine; minimum 2 years IFR flight operations experience with actual IFR flight hours as PIC
- First Officer: Valid ATPL or passed ATPL written exams within previous 12 months; valid Commercial Rotary-wing License; 500 hours rotary-wing time; Transport Canada Group IV Instrument rating; unrestricted Night Rating
