At Sky Handling Partner, our people are the heart of our business. We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Flight Dispatcher. You will be at the forefront of airport operations, ensuring a seamless travel experience for passengers while delivering outstanding service to airline clients.

You will ensure the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft, prioritizing the well-being of passengers and staff. Prepare and sign accurate load sheets for each departure, coordinating with flight crews, catering, cleaning, fuelling, loading teams, engineers, and other service providers. Maintain constant communication with Station Control for real-time updates on turnarounds, delays, and critical information.

Operate the airbridge safely during aircraft arrivals and departures. Act as a key communication liaison during operational disruptions, coordinating with internal departments. Execute instructions from the Station Controller promptly and professionally, compiling comprehensive flight files post-departure.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform at a strategic management level with demonstrated experience in making high-level decisions that align with the organization’s long-term goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional communication abilities to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Pass a 5-year security background check and Garda vetting process
  • Eligible to live and work in the E.U.
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills
  • Ability to work rostered shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays with flexibility for operational needs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft, prioritizing the well-being of both passengers and staff
  • Prepare and sign accurate load sheets (manual or automated) for each departure
  • Coordinate with multiple departments, including flight crews, catering, cleaning, fuelling, loading teams, engineers, and other service providers
  • Compile comprehensive flight files post-departure, including all relevant documentation and information
  • Execute instructions from the Station Controller promptly and professionally
  • Maintain constant communication with Station Control to provide real-time updates on flight turnarounds, delays, and other critical information
  • Operate the airbridge safely during both aircraft arrivals and departures
  • Act as a key communication liaison during operational disruptions, coordinating with internal departments as necessary
