Dublin, IE · Full-time · €32,980 – €33,980

About this role

As a Ramp Agent at Dublin Airport, you’ll play a key role in ensuring aircraft are turned around safely and on time. This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with your team at the heart of airport operations. We provide full paid training, guaranteed full-time hours, and clear opportunities to progress within Swissport.

You’ll load and unload passenger baggage and cargo, operate a range of airside vehicles and equipment, and marshall aircraft onto stand while maintaining safe working areas. Expect to follow strict safety and security procedures and work outdoors in all weather conditions with full PPE provided. The roster follows a 4 on 2 off pattern across 37.5 hours per week.

Join a close-knit ramp team, working collaboratively on shift patterns that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Shifts mix early and late across Monday–Sunday, planned in advance, with opportunities for additional hours. This role places you at the heart of every flight’s operations.

Benefit from full-time guaranteed hours, free on-site parking, and uniform provided. Clear progression pathways lead into Lead, Supervisor, and other airport operational roles. The onboarding process, including security clearances, takes around 10 weeks with full support.
