In this role at Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, passengers, and cargo. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a 6 on 3 off roster.

You will safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft while marshalling them to and from gates. Operate ground service equipment like tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts in a safe manner. Perform aircraft servicing tasks including cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, and water replenishment.

Work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment with shift work across Monday to Sunday, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including aircraft marshalling signals and hazardous material handling. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and airline partners while ensuring environmental processes from the QHSE Manual.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Valid full UK manual driver's licence
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft
Marshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring safe and precise positioning
