Duty Crew Controller

As Duty Crew Controller, maintain and support network integrity through effective day-to-day management of aircraft and crew operations. Responsibilities include managing crew rosters, booking accommodation, answering emails and dealing with flight disruptions. Liaise with airports and airlines while monitoring flight operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This full-time permanent position is based in Auckland with shift work across a 24-hour/7-day rotating roster. Work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Take pride in exceeding expectations and challenge yourself in an exciting operational role.
