About this role

Breeze Airways seeks "Seriously Nice" Part Time Flight Attendants for PVD Crew Base. Responsible for safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members, they welcome and accommodate Guests while mitigating high-stress situations. Provide exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming onto aircraft, aiding seating assignments, luggage stowage, and information requests. Remain present for assistance, prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages including alcohol with highest hygiene standards. Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization in tight quarters.

Remain calm under pressure, effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for Team Members. Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly, demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin.

Successfully complete initial paid Flight Attendant training. Eligible for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days. Initial luggage and uniform issuance paid by Breeze, with progressive pay rates by year of service.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, both in and out of the cabin
  • Remain flexible - understand that schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, and other unforeseen delays
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aid in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, or any additional information requested
  • Remain positive and be kind – Guests should always feel valued and appreciated; be empathetic and act with humanity
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in an emergency
