Breeze Airways seeks Seriously Nice Full Time Flight Attendants for the new FLL Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure safety and comfort for Guests and Team Members while welcoming and accommodating Guests. Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while staying present for assistance. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, practicing highest hygiene standards.
Maintain a safe work environment and remain calm under pressure to mitigate high-stress situations. Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members. Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remain flexible with schedule changes due to operational or weather delays.
Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive. Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines. Enjoy paid training, initial luggage and uniform issuance, 401K eligibility after 90 days, and travel benefits starting after 30 days on Breeze network.
Requirements
- Live within a two-hour driving distance from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Full Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Remain flexible with schedules that may change due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests and assisting with seating, luggage, and stowage
- Remain positive and kind while being empathetic to Guests
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
