Work where no day is the same and every aircraft is your responsibility. On the platform, you keep overview, direct teams, and ensure everything around loading and departure runs safely and smoothly. This dynamic role is full of action, collaboration, and responsibility.

As Flight Dispatcher starting with Aircraft Loading Supervisor tasks, you are the link between cockpit, load team, and operations. Coordinate full aircraft handling, guide the ramp team, check outgoing cargo and ULDs, and maintain clear communication. Perform cargo hold checks, headset talk-in, VDGS supervision, and final walk-arounds.

Requirements

HBO work- and thinking level, preferably with aviation services or comparable aviation education
At least 1 year experience in a similar function
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of airport, airline, and safety regulations
Flexibility to be present at the airport within one hour
At least eight years resident and registered in the Netherlands (required for VGB)
No criminal record (required for VGB)

Responsibilities

Coordinate the full aircraft handling on the platform
Guide the ramp team with focus on collaboration and team feeling
Control outgoing cargo and ULDs and supervise lashing, dangerous goods, and special cargo
Maintain clear communication with cockpit, CLC, and colleagues under and above the wing
Perform checks in the cargo hold and around the aircraft
Guide pushback and departure procedures and support aircraft type briefings
Provide talk-in via headset communication
Supervise correct VDGS system use during arrival and perform final walk-around before departure for towbar aircraft
