You will prepare paperwork for crew including flight plans, weather reports, passenger lists and documentation. Manage the turnaround of an aircraft from arrival to departure, prioritise tasks and liaise with colleagues to ensure the aircraft is loaded as intended. Communicate aircraft fuel and load data between flight crew and load control departments.
Develop an open feedback culture by managing the performance of employees and ensure workplace standards are maintained. Encourage consistency and collaboration through staff briefings, shift handover meetings, one-to-ones and relevant reports. Operate air bridges, stand guidance systems and a variety of airline and Swissport computer systems.

Requirements
- Applicant MUST live on Jersey Island UK to apply
- Focused on delivering exceptional and safe service
- Effective team player
- Self-confident and can stay calm under pressure
- Organised and can manage time well
- Physically fit as lifting up to 32kg as required
- Have a driver's license
- Fluent English speaker with basic - intermediate computer skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare paperwork for crew including flight plans, weather reports, passenger lists and documentation
- Understand and deal with aircraft weight and balance calculations as required
- Communicate aircraft fuel and load data between flight crew and load control departments
- Prioritise tasks and manage the turnaround of an aircraft from arrival to departure
- Operate air bridges and stand guidance systems
- Develop an open feedback culture by managing the performance of employees and ensure workplace standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with all Swissport corporate safety and security procedures
- Conduct daily shift briefings and perform daily/weekly assessments
