Dispatcher

Hillsboro Aero Academy is looking for an outgoing, well-organized individual with excellent customer service skills to join the dispatch team at our Redmond campus. This non-certified dispatcher position maintains a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employees from around the world. FAA certification is not required.

Daily duties include upholding standard operating procedures of HAA and FAA regulations while actively participating in HAA safety culture. Dispatchers maintain aircraft schedules posted by the Scheduling Department and perform accurate aircraft maintenance data entry after each flight. They communicate directly with the maintenance department for all resource needs.

Team members handle aviation radio and multi-line phones, invoice customers and employees for services and materials, and audit flight logs for accurate billing and training records. The role involves dispatch office organization and upkeep, plus projects as assigned by management. This supports a collaborative aviation training environment.
