Breeze is looking for “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for our TPA Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members while embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information requests. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests always feel valued and appreciated. Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members while staying calm under pressure.

Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members to perform at your best together. Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly and remain flexible with changing schedules due to operational or weather delays. Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin.

Training is paid and initial issuance of luggage and uniform is provided by Breeze. Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze network after 30 days. Travel benefits on other airlines start after six months of employment.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Tampa International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
  • Comfortable working in tight quarters and using Breeze’s Inflight technology
  • Capable of administering first-aid and medical care in emergencies

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft and assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and information requests
  • Remain positive, kind, and empathetic to ensure Guests feel valued
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
