Requirements
- Ability to comply with FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, and company policies
- Knowledge of inflight safety procedures and emergency equipment
- Professional demeanor and customer service focus
- Clear communication skills for crew coordination and safety advocacy
- Physical ability to perform preflight inspections and cabin duties
- Accountability in completing flight-related records and reports
- Commitment to aviation security and Safety Management System (SMS)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight from planning through termination
- Comply with all applicable FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, company procedures and policies
- Perform the correct and timely completion of all duties assigned by the company or Captain
- Conduct a preflight inspection of all cabin emergency equipment per the Inflight Manual
- Promptly report any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain
- Advocate directly and clearly to the Captain any safety concerns for passengers
- Maintain a high degree of crew coordination and professionalism
- Complete required records and reports
