About this role

We are seeking experienced Helicopter Pilots with a Bell 407/412 type endorsement, powerline experience, and a minimum of 1,000 hours total time. Safety remains our top priority, and the opportunities for growth are exceptional.

Daily responsibilities include flying powerline patrols, supporting firefighting operations, and performing vertical reference long-line work in mountainous terrain. Pilots operate from confined landing sites and engage in remote winter operations as needed.

Requirements

Current CPL(H) (Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter)
Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time
Bell 407 type endorsement (Intermediate Type equivalent); 412 asset, type endorsement can be provided
Minimum 200 hours on type (Bell 407/412)
Mountain course certification (BC Wildfire Requirement)
Vertical Reference experience (long-line, drill moves, seismic)
Experience operating in mountainous terrain and confined landing sites
Firefighting experience

Responsibilities

Perform powerline patrol and inspection flights using Bell 407/412 helicopters
Conduct vertical reference long-line operations including drill moves and seismic support
Support firefighting operations with aerial reconnaissance, water drops, and crew transport
Operate in mountainous terrain and confined landing sites with precision flying
Engage in remote winter operations as needed for wildlife capture or survey missions
Ensure safety compliance as the top priority in all flight activities
Collaborate with ground crews and other pilots to execute complex mission profiles
