About this role

Architect (ATC) leads the operational stability team for iWPB. The role manages Run the Bank functions to ensure continuous business continuity across critical systems and platforms.

Daily focus includes overseeing IT operations such as incident management, service requests, and change execution. Emphasis is placed on minimizing downtime while reducing mean time to resolution for critical issues.

The position requires managing and mentoring support teams to maintain high standards of technical support. Coordination with stakeholders delivers clear reporting on system health, performance metrics, and risk status.

Process improvements are championed through adoption of ITIL best practices. These efforts streamline support operations and strengthen overall service delivery.

Requirements

Experience leading operational stability teams in production environments
Strong background in incident management and IT service operations
Proven ability to reduce MTTR and drive operational excellence
Experience mentoring support teams and coordinating with stakeholders
Knowledge of ITIL best practices for support operations

Responsibilities
